Top 10’s for 2017

What better year than 2017 to retreat into the past… to find comfort in the classic movies from silent screen to Halloween?!?  Even though some horrific things happen in those films, they still provide escape from the cruel realities of the modern world.

This year, I prepared two lists.  One is for first-time watches and the other is for re-watches.  If I wrote about one on Classic Horrors Club, there’s a link, so click it to read more details about what I thought.

By the way, since it’s become popular to say how many movies you watched during a period of time, I watched 114 classic horror/sci-fi/thriller films in 2017.  If it seems like I was slacking, remember that I also watched nearly as many (107) “other” movies in 2017.
